Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered securely on a pallet using a tail-lift vehicle and pallet truck. Our drivers will always aim to place your pallet as close as safely possible to your preferred location. While we do everything we can to accommodate specific delivery requests, please note that kerbside delivery is the minimum service requirement, meaning the driver must be able to leave the pallet at the nearest safe point accessible by the vehicle.
